Ready for the blast? Let’s get it started! This excellent refreshing tour is gonna chill your hot summer day. But don’t worry, the category of this rafting is 2-3 points (easy-medium), so nearly everybody will be able to participate. Today’s plan is: a visit to the famous Burana Tower, 20 kilometers of rafting down the Chu river and a nutrient lunch afterwards. Rest assured, you’ll love it!

At the coordinated time you’ll be picked up from a hotel and we’ll head towards the Chu river. It flows through the Boom gorge 115km from Bishkek.
Bishkek - Burana Tower
On the way, stop at the UNESCO World Heritage site Burana Tower. This ancient structure dates back to the 11th century so it’s really worth your visit. We shall spend around 30 minutes here contemplating splendid views from the top of the tower, walking around to see the balbals (ancient stones with the depictions) and visiting the archaeology museum with antique artifacts. Resuming our route to the Boom gorge.
Burana Tower - Chu river
When we arrive at the place we’ll start preparing for the rafting. You’ll be given all the necessary equipment: wetsuit, lifejacket, helmet and oars. After receiving the safety rules and instructions we’ll start the experience with the professional rafters. The floating distance is approximately 20km which usually takes around 1-1,5 hours. After this adrenaline adventure we’ll head towards Bishkek. Lunch on the way.
